Noticing a number of neighborhoods in lower Manhattan where businessmen and tourists routinely balanced lunches from vending carts in the crook of their arms as they walked, with nowhere to consume their lunches. This portable table was constructed in the language of the vendors’ carts. Offered napkins and an eating surface.
